Consulting engagements range from brief highly focused events to multi-year broad scope projects and can involve activities at locations around the world. Engagements include, but are not limited to, business start-up, company turnaround, organization development and conflict resolution, product analysis / development, market research, marketing and sales planning, product launch, joint venture development, corporate strategic planning, and International business liaison.
Integration
Integration projects include project management, equipment / software design and development, content development, personnel training as well as turnkey implementation of equipment and systems.
